The in-person portion of the HFES 65th Annual Meeting took place at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, located on the city's scenic Inner Harbor. The hotel served as the primary venue for all on-site sessions, exhibits, and social events held October 4–7, 2021.
