The dual-format structure of this year's annual meeting reflects the society's commitment to expanding access to human factors and ergonomics research. By offering both in-person and virtual participation, the program ensures that safety professionals, health researchers, and technical experts from around the world can engage with the latest findings regardless of travel constraints. Concurrent educational sessions across both editions cover a broad range of topics, from cognitive engineering to occupational safety, allowing attendees to tailor their experience to their specific interests. This flexible approach supports the community's ongoing mission to share science and advance the practice of human factors across diverse industries and applications.

Navigating the schedule requires careful planning, as sessions are distributed across multiple days and formats to accommodate the breadth of content presented at this international gathering. The program includes keynote addresses, panel discussions, and technical sessions that highlight emerging research in human performance, system design, and workplace safety. Attendees are encouraged to review the schedule in advance to identify sessions most relevant to their work and to build a personalized itinerary. The society continues to monitor public health guidance to ensure a safe and productive environment for all participants, whether gathering in Baltimore or connecting from home.
